The process

The harvest is carried out by mechanized means, in such a way that there are no delays between the harvest and the beginning of the hulling process and the walnut is extracted at the exact moment it reaches its physiological maturity.
The recently harvested walnut is hulled in USA-manufactured Jesse equipment with a capacity of 200 tons per day.

Immediately, it is mobilized to a Jesse dryer, which has a double drying line.
Once drying is concluded, after aging for 48 hours, the calibration process begins within the same facility using Albion equipment.

From then on, the dispatch of the containers is prepared according to the need for shipment.
Consolidation and export clearance are carried out within the same orchard, since it has customs authorization.
